Payments & shipping

Bancontact: If you select Bancontact, you simply enter your card number and expiration date, just like a credit card. If you choose Bancontact Mobile, you pay via the smartphone app, usually by scanning a QR code. Orders placed before 2 p.m. (Mon–Fri) and in stock are shipped the same day; otherwise, the next working day.

Credit Card: We accept payments with the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. If your order is placed before 14:00, it will be shipped the same working day; otherwise, it will be shipped the next working day (Mon - Fri).

PayPal: During the ordering process, you authorize your payment. The purchase amount is only deducted from your PayPal account after clicking the "buy" button. If your order is placed before 14:00, it will be shipped on the same working day; otherwise, on the next working day (Mon - Fri).

Apple Pay: We accept payments via Apple Pay, a fast and secure payment method allowing you to complete your order directly from your Apple device. Orders placed on a working day before 14:00 are shipped the same day; otherwise, they are shipped on the next working day (Mon - Fri).

Google Pay: We accept payments with Google Pay, a mobile payment method that allows you to pay easily and securely using your smartphone or tablet. Orders placed on a working day before 14:00 are shipped the same day; otherwise, they are shipped on the next working day (Mon - Fri).

Bank transfer: At the end of the ordering process, our bank details and the payment reference will be displayed. You will also receive this payment information by email in the order confirmation. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.
