Called the service hotline immediately and made a complaint.
Answer: there is nothing we can do over the phone, you will receive further information by e-mail.
Hours later still no email received, called the hotline again. Answer: It can take a few hours for the e-mail to arrive.
Still no email the next day. Called and emailed the service (which is absolutely no service) twice more without success. Returned the defective battery with a copy of the invoice and a letter requesting a replacement.
Four days later still no response, called the hotline again. Answer: Oh yes, the battery has been received, what should we do now? Me: As I already informed you in writing, I would like a working battery.
I have now received it after another five days.
Thank you too !!!
